1. General Provisions

1.1 This Agreement constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and TE4Everyone.

1.2 The Services include but are not limited to: marketing tools, crypto currency faucets, affiliate and referral programs and integration with third-party applications.

1.3 By using any part of the TE4Everyone, you acknowledge the applicability of this Agreement and waive any rights to claim otherwise.

1.4 You affirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction.


2. Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To use TE4Everyone, you must create an account by completing the registration form and providing accurate and complete personal information.

2.2 Providing your e-mail address is doable AFTER registration. It is not mandatory, but if you do not provide a valid e-mail address, customer support may not be able to help you should you have problems.


3. Account Restrictions and Termination

3.1 TE4Everyone may, at its sole discretion, freeze, limit, or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

3.1.1 Suspected fraud or other illegal activity.

3.1.2 Use of bots or unauthorized automated systems.

3.1.3 Attempts to exploit, manipulate, or destabilize TE4Everyone's systems.

3.1.4 Use of stolen credentials or false identification.

3.1.5 Creating multiple accounts is not allowed. Doing so could lead to the suspension of all related accounts. The only possible exception is if we grant you explicit permission to do so.


4. Services and Functional Scope

4.1 TE4Everyone offers web traffic services and crypto earning opportunities; However, we do NOT guarantee results.

4.2 Use TE4Everyone at your own risk. We try our best to keep our system safe, but we may not be held responsible for any damage to your systems as a result of using our services.


5. Miscellaneous

5.1 TE4Everyone may suspend services during maintenance or emergencies.

5.2 Promotional programs are discretionary and may be modified or terminated without notice.

5.3 We assume no responsibility for external services, including third-party wallets or exchanges.

5.4 Any invalid provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

5.5 These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of changes.
